Bakers & Roasters is an Amsterdam-based café born from the culinary vision of a Kiwi and Brazilian duo. This New Zealand-style eatery, infused with Brazilian flair, features an open kitchen serving brunch favorites, fresh fruit salads, and Kiwi-inspired baked goods. Cakes are made in-house, and coffee is served as doubles. Beyond coffee, they offer juices, milkshakes, New Zealand wines, beers, and brunch cocktails. Committed to ethical sourcing, they partner with local suppliers like Ad Straathof for sourdough, Franks Smokehouse for hormone-free meats, Lindenhoff for free-range eggs, and Dick Schaap for produce. With locations in City Center (Kadijksplein 16) and De Pijp (Eerste Jacob van Campenstraat 54), Bakers & Roasters operates primarily as walk-in only, with reservations limited to the Centrum location.
