Dashboard Guide
Your IntellDirectories dashboard is your command center. From here you can manage your listing, view article performance, track analytics, and monitor your AI-readiness score. Here is a walkthrough of everything you will find.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in, you will see your main dashboard with key metrics at the top: total page views, click-through rate, number of published articles, and your current AI-readiness score. Below that is a timeline of your recent articles with performance data.
Managing Your Listing
Your listing page shows your business name, description, category, contact details, and social media links. You can edit your business information at any time. Changes are reflected immediately on your public listing page.
Articles & Content
The Articles section shows all AI-generated articles for your listing. Each article card displays the title, publish date, word count, and view count. Click any article to read it or share it on social media.
Analytics
The Analytics tab gives you detailed data on how your listing and articles perform. See page views over time, traffic sources, most-read articles, and keyword rankings. Use this data to understand which content drives the most traffic.
